Newborn photo application process
STEP 1
A customer asks for a shooting request on the official LINE.
STEP 2
・Confirmation of documents that summarize what you would like to confirm when shooting.Click here for details
・Please answer the form that summarizes the details of the shooting date and the information you would like to ask the customer.

・We would like to inform you about the business trip fee and the total fee.
[About business trip fee]
A travel fee will be charged depending on the distance of the city to be photographed. (¥3,500~¥6,000)
Thank you for your understanding. (Free for Izumisano City)
Once we receive your inquiry, we will inform you of the travel fee when we reply.
We will ask you to shoot with a light one. If a parking fee is required, it will be charged separately. Thank you for your understanding.
STEP 4
[Shooting date decided]
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please let us know when you give birth.
If you contact us, we will promptly propose a possible date for the photo shoot on the 2nd, taking into consideration the date of discharge. We will ask you about a convenient schedule from the candidate date, and the shooting date will be decided.
(Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays are available for an additional 5,500 yen.)

[Delivery]
About data delivery: The photos are carefully selected by the photographer, and after editing,We will deliver it 7 to 10 days after the shooting date.
Data delivery method: Delivery via Dropbox (You can download it on your smartphone or PC.)
We will share the downdo drink from the official LINE.
How to downloadhere
About delivery of additional purchases: The albums and panels you ordered will be shipped to your designated address within 2 to 3 weeks from the shooting date. The shipping fee will be borne by the customer. We apologize for the inconvenience, but thank you for your understanding.

Shrine visit application process
STEP 1
Inquiries from customers for photography requests.
STEP 2
We will ask you the schedule you would like to shoot, and we will check if it is possible to shoot at the shrine of your choice. (Studio Umi will confirm.)
STEP 3
We will contact you once we have confirmed your permission to shoot.
Please make a reservation for prayer as needed.
STEP 4
[Payment of shooting fee]
The shrine visit shooting will be taken outdoors, and since it will be busy on the day, the shooting fee will be charged in advance.
Once permission has been granted, we will inform you of the total cost of the shooting + travel expenses.
We apologize for the inconvenience, but please make the payment within one week by transfer to the account provided.

[Cancellation]
In the unlikely event that a cancellation occurs due to customer convenience, a cancellation fee will be charged. We will refund the balance minus the cancellation fee by bank transfer.Please note that the transfer fee will be borne by the customer.
* If it is difficult to shoot due to natural disasters, etc., we may not charge a cancellation fee.
Cancellation up to 2 days before the shoot 15,000 yen
Cancellation on the day before or on the day of shooting: 20,000 yen

[About schedule change]
We accept a schedule change fee of 5,500 yen (tax included).
STEP 5
[On the day of shooting]
On the day of the shooting day, we will meet at the shrine and disperse.
STEP6
[Delivery]
About data delivery: After shooting, we will deliver the shooting data within one week.

[Accepting orders for albums and panels]
As with Newborn Photos, we make albums and panels with photos of shrine visits.
We accept orders for one week after delivery. Please feel free to tell us.
We accept bank transfer or credit cards other than JCB.
