  • Business trip shooting range

The business trip shooting range is the distance from Izumisano City, Osaka Prefecture to one and a half hours (by car). ​

​

  • space required for shooting

A floor area of approximately 2.5m x 3m and a height of 2m is required for shooting at the customer's home.

​

  • About loading/unloading

Please note that we cannot shoot in rooms on the 3rd floor and above that do not have an elevator.

For rooms on the 2nd floor without an elevator, we accept the Light Basic Plan.

​

  • Travel expenses

​A travel fee will be charged depending on the distance of the municipality where the photo is taken. (up to 3,500 yen-6,000 yen)

Thank you for your understanding. (Free for Izumisano City)

Once we receive your inquiry, we will inform you of the travel fee when we reply.

We will ask you to shoot with a light one. If a parking fee is required, it will be charged separately. Thank you for your understanding.

*Please note that we cannot travel to locations where parking is not available.

  • Shooting on weekends and holidays

For shooting on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays, an optional fee of +5,500 yen (tax included) will be charged.

  • Adjustment of shooting date

Please let us know after the baby is born. When we receive notification of the birth of your baby, we will promptly propose two possible shooting dates, taking into consideration the date of your discharge from the hospital.

Please select a convenient date from the candidate dates, and the shooting date will be decided.

Considering the date of your discharge from the hospital, we will propose a schedule so that you can shoot between 7 and 14 days after birth.

Please note that it is not possible to specify the date.

If you change the shooting date from 3 days before including the shooting date, we will accept a schedule change fee of 6,600 yen (tax included).

  • Art retouch correction

Photographers carefully select photos and apply professional retouching corrections one by one to create art photos.

​

  • Family photo/Sibling photo

We will shoot in front of the lace curtain of the sweeping window, against the background of the wall or your favorite place in your home.

Hair makeup and costumes are not included.

​We recommend wearing simple colors such as white, beige, and black.

​​

  • Pause

Change the angle to shoot a wide variety of shots.

​We do not pose with chin rests or lying down.

​

  • How to pose

Light Basic Luxury Plan

On the day of the shoot, before starting the shoot, we will use a booklet of pose examples to ask about your wishes and share the image.

​Please let us know in advance which set you would like to shoot. We will suggest a pose to match the set.

 

  • About requests

For safety reasons, we cannot accept pose requests brought in by customers.​

​

  • About what you want to photograph together

If you have something you want to take together, such as echo photos, rings, or memorabilia, please contact us in advance.​​

​

  • About flowers

If you would like to take a photo with the flowers, please bring your own.

​

  • your time

We usually arrive around 10:00 am to 10:30 am on the day of the shoot.

Allow plenty of time for breastfeeding and putting your baby to sleep. It takes about 30-40 minutes to prepare for shooting, clean up, and accept orders for albums and panels. The time will vary depending on how the baby sleeps.

  • Delivery/delivery date

​Your purchased album/panel will be shipped to your designated address within 2 to 3 weeks from the date of shooting.

  • Shipping charges for purchased items

​Customers are responsible for shipping costs when purchasing albums or panels. Thank you for your understanding.

  • Initiatives for safety and security

At Studio Umi, "consideration for safety and security" is the most importantI think of it as a group.

  • About shooting period

Newborn photos are photos taken within the first two weeks of life. At Studio Umi, you can take newborn photos up to about 3 weeks after birth according to your convenience, such as postponing discharge from the hospital.

​

As of the date the baby was filmedIf the baby is more than 15 days old, it may be photographed in a swaddle.

After 15 days of age, the physical strength of the baby increases, making it difficult to fall asleep. We will monitor the situation and consult with you.Please understand that we will minimize the burden on the baby and take pictures safely.

​

If your baby is over 3 weeks old, we can take a baby photo, although it is different from a newborn photo.

​

For the new corona vaccine, the 2th vaccination has been completed.
